R3Round 3 · transcript-mined territories

The Till, the Clean Bill, and the Green

Three fresh territories pulled from how the team actually described the business — the pooled team money, the clean bill of health you can show, and the volunteer's climb out of the red. 149 candidates, screened live, with the full filtration shown: not just what survived, but what we cut and why.

01The three territories

T1 · The Till

The pooled team account as a warm, tactile everyday object — the shared jar every sports parent has fed, kept honestly in one place. The closest thing to a Stripe-grade object in the transcripts.

T2 · The Clean Bill

The free fraud-risk health-check, made an object: the clean bill of health an org can show on the spot. Proof made tactile — the skeptic's name.

T3 · The Green

The volunteer's earned hero climb — out of the red, into the green ("best in America"). The energy of earned and in-the-clear, never a badge or a report card.

!The strategic finding

Of clear / clean / green — only "Clean" is ownable

A "clear/clean/green" word-family runs across the territories, but two of the three roots are taken: "Clear" is collision-shadowed by CLEAR (biometric ID), Clearwater, and AllClear; "Green" by Greenlight (a kids' debit-card fintech — ironically exact), Greenfield, and Evergreen. "Clean" is the only root where both lead forms — Clean Bill and Clean Sheet — screened clean, carry the artifact, and dodge the policing register. If we consolidate, we consolidate on Clean ___.

04The filtration

What we cut — and exactly why

149 candidates → 11 survivors. Here's where the other ~138 went, grouped by the reason each was set aside. The biggest casualty was the trademark wall, again — including a painfully ironic one.

Recommendation

Carry forward from Round 3

Clean BillGreenkeeperClean SheetJarful

Clean Bill is the strongest — the only name in the round carrying all five narrative layers, and the tactile fix for the "proof you can show" idea. Greenkeeper personifies your lead volunteer lane into a picturable hero (the one who keeps the club in the green). Clean Sheet is a sport-and-finance double-lock (a shutout + clean books). Jarful is the warm Till-object that escapes both the cute trap and the Till-Payments collision. Coffer, Kept, and Good Standing are the alternates.

Preliminary knockout screen, not legal clearance — formal USPTO/TESS + common-law counsel search required on the leads before commit.
